Annoyingly all the wooden floor boards of the 1st floor have all been stripped out, effectively converting this old property into a single storey bungalow. Old houses like this are sadly a good and easy free source of wood for scrap thieves.

Inside the house some original contents still litter the floor, as well as a collection of English 50's, 60's era books can also be found under the rubble.

The plot next to this house, once had a cluster of pre war colonial houses on it, of standard government design, so I'm told. These houses were knocked down sometime in the 60's for a hotel project that never went through.
